Does anyone know how long it takes to get to 100% on the battery, I realise it get to 80% really quick.

I find them useful for not being lazy. Got a Fibit HR set to 6miles a day. It lasts about 4 days much smaller screen, no GPS etc.

The connection with phone would be a bonus, can decide wether to dig phone out pocket or ignore it till later.

Fotbit also has a stupidly incurable screen. These things need gorilla glass 3.

I think I have to kind of accept the screen is going to get a battering, after the first biggish scratch im probably now going to be a little less precious over it. Would be nice if they were a little more robust, i'm sure the next version will be.

SO batter ran out with every thing on, heart rate on, leaving on me to measure my sleeping and two workouts with the screen on all the time.
All notifications on as well, not bad at all.
However, was showing it to someone in the gym, and it just died, no battery warning or anything, just switches off!

And never mind as mine has died and wont turn on.
Came home have it it's charge, it came back on, full charge put it back on, seems to have turned off at some point very shortly after. Now even with hard reset on the buttons. Nothing, completely dead.

After much cursing and playing about its working again.

Ive been kind of surprised how much of a day to day thing it has become. I wanted it as a fitness band but its turned into a watch + phone extension + fitness thing.

Very pleased with it still.

Yea, been using mine non stop and great for the gyum and sleep info.

THough I do find the screen very hit and miss when trying ot scroll the tiles.

Rumours are that band 2 is under internal testing for release within months. Basically fixing issues.
So thinner, scratch resistant screen, better battery, lighter.

Wouldn't surprise me if there's new tablets, band, phones for w10 release in Sep/Oct

At that price, it's worth a punt. I just hope the paper measurement is accurate for I sit just under Medium :eek:

edit: I assume the band comes with a plastic covering on the screen? I'm holding off buying a skin will I know it fits, but I also want to use it when it does and delivery of the screen protector takes time.

I think there is quite a bit of overlap, both the medium and large fit me quite well I went for large as it means I can put on the most loose setting and spin it round my arm if I want to without unfastening it completely.
Enjoy them guys I love mine.

Edit:from memory I cant remember anything on the screen. I advise a screen protector they are not very resistant at all.

The band inc screen will cost nearly the same as my 640XL! Looks like this Prime Day thing isn't a total bust for me.

Problem is it's still a rumour. I always wanted the Band but it's too pricey for me. When I saw it on Amazon and I budget it to be below £120, I'll get.

I can wait all day and never ever get one. Just hope I enjoy it as I've been waiting for ages
