So it's been announced (there's another thread) but going against what many have said in here, it's offering Steam support as well. Some in this thread were pretty quick to judge the strategy of MS and indicated that they're trying to tie us into the Xbox brand. This seems to suggest that they're not. To me it seems that they've realised that the Windows store isn't a success for the games they're releasing, hence the addition of Steam as well. Thoughts?

Too early to tell without any official word from MS. Halo MCC might be heading for steam, but no others have so far.

That's highly unlikely to happen, as I'd imagine that even if it was to make it to Steam, you'd be expected to purchase it again because the money has been paid to a different platform. But you can still play it on your PC through the Windows Store download, can't you?
