Microsoft Mail ("New Outlook") - loads at start up - how to stop?

Since Microsoft updated it'd web based email (now called "New" Outlook but not the proper Outlook that came with Word, Excel etc) this seems to open when I open windows (i.e. switch the PC on).

I want it to be "OFF" until I load it (as it used to be) but I can seem to find anywhere in settings to stop this. I can't find it in the "start up" folder?

Any ideas please?

Thanks, Me;

Run regedit.exe

Search under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run to see if there is a key in the right panel loading oll.exe - if so delete the key.
Search under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run to see if there is a key in the right panel loading olk.exe - if so delete the key.

That should fix it.
