Arsenal hit by Denilson lay-off
Another injury for Arsenal.
They need better physio's
AFAIK denilson fractured his back in a game, though it took them long enough to realise that(so probably do need better physio's). But so many of our injuries read as overtraining. I think Wenger is just really into his fitness training, but not everyone has the natural fitness of say a Clichy, so you get Rosicky whose overtraining while CLichy is doing great, doing the same level of work.
The huge number of niggling injuries suffered by the same players says to me that not quite to a Ledley King level, certain players simply need to train less hard to avoid injury. But whatever the problem is, we've not fixed it in 8 years, we're not fixing it now
Red membership is £30, as a red member, even at Highbury where it was WAY harder to get tickets, bar the first 3-4 games of the year I never had trouble getting tickets. THe top 4 are still out(barring a miracle, or if we see them in carling cup) and the biggest Euro games are unlikely. But its pretty easy to get good seats for any game outside the top 4 and anything group stage in champs league normally.
All you need to do is make sure you're ready to buy the second the go out on sale, the bigger games, Everton/Villa etc, would often sell out in minutes, a Sunderland/west brom/Derby type you'll have more time for
If you join the away game club(forget the name of it) and go to 3-5 away games a year you get points towards moving up the rankings for getting tickets for the big games. If you went to 10 away games I think you rarely have trouble getting the big game tickets. Again from what I recall your points for going to away games build up over 2 years. Away games are a pain though, Sunderland, easy, no one wants to go that far, going to the closer away games, lots of people go to build up points so your Pompies, Southamptons, Readings are difficult to go to.
