TO be fair there was very minimal contact and you could go the route of thinking he went down safely rather than wait for a massive tackle and risk injury with legs flying and twisting everywhere. I could easily understand him of all people being very worried about a harsh fall and injury, but still was rather weak, I do think he was expecting a lot more contact and was making it easier but went a little overboard.
Not going to brand anyone a diver for one dive though as I can't name a player who hasn't done it once, hopefully it will be the first and last time for him.
Eboue was great throughout, the obviously genuinely classy Diaby, did pretty much smeg all throughout, Song with quite a ridiculous number of tackles from behind and Caldwell with so many clearly cynical stopping Arsenal break challenges I don't know how it took so long to give him a yellow.
Still a certain amount of isolation between Arsenal's midfield and strikers/wide men, Eboue did excellently to run the entire pitch width both sides giving the defence a hard time with marking. Bendtner did well on by far his weaker side, Eduardo's movement was good but little service tbh. Verm and Gallas were solid with Gallas just fantastic at both ends throughout.
Still don't rate our midfield 3 or the 4-3-3 and am even more worried about the weekend. If Song/Denilson keep giving away those freekicks we'll be punished by a better team, only thankful Ronaldo's gone so less good freekicks, and less good heading from corners.
Arshavin just ooze'd class and the second he came on the pitch his quality was so obvious. Might be a midget but he outmuscles people and turns them fantastically.
