Do Verzasca. It's amazing. I can't describe it any other way. The contrast is mind blowing. Scaring the crap out of yourself as you stand 10 feet off the edge of a massive feat of engineering, hearing the countdown and taking the leap to freefall to 120mph, feel the rope tighten and bounce a few times. After the jump, while all the adrenaline in the world is pumping through your body, like it came out of nowhere, you suddenly realise you're hanging in the middle of a silent and stunning Swiss Alps valley.

£120 though! Will you pay half for me Scuzi? :D
(Think my Canyon jump was £70, in Interlaken).
The day before I went Canyon Jumping, I went Canyoning in Chli Schliere. That was an awesome 24 hours. I got ridiculously drunk the night before canyoning, went to bed at 5am. Up at half 6 feeling terrible. Canyoning in an Alp canyon has to be the best hangover cure ever.

I did a similar ~50m jump when I was South Africa, found it very difficult to go over the edge, but I'm go glad I did it :D

Once my shoulder's fixed and rehabilitated, I'm doing my AFF course and throwing myself out of a plane :D

I did the Nevis jump a few years back, it was great.
Thought I would go for a big one for my 1st and only jump.
I also have done a static line parachute jump at 2000ft, once.

You have to try these things, but once is enough.

I've did the Nevis a couple months back, absolutely freaking amazing! One of the most scariest things i've ever done!

I've got it all on DVD too actually must get round to banging that on Facebook!

£40 is an absolute steal for those 2 jumps, the Nevis was something like $220 NZD, which is roughly £100 iirc!

Have bungeed off the Transporter Bridge at Middlesbrough. Fantastic, I was still 'buzzing' the next day :D.

Nothing like a massive amount of adrenalin. One lad before us chickened out and had to walk back down to the bottom. I just got them to push me a bit :p.

Me too, I did it on the 10th May last year. It was cold, it was raining, it was WICKED! One guy on mine had to walk back too. You could tell he was going to bottle it as all he kept doing was telling everyone that last time they told him he couldn't jump for some odd reason - sounded more like he bottled it then and was trying to convince himself he's OK.

I did Airkix in Dec last year but to be honest I completely sucked at it! They give you the signals for moving your legs but from the video it looked like I had spaghetti legs and they had trouble directing me. Fun, but I just sucked.

I people I did the bungee with normally do 150ft jumps but they have 300ft jumps available and if you keep your eyes open they do a 400ft at NDAC where I go diving. It's the same as the 300ft, except they swing the crane out over the quarry for the extra 100ft. Hmmmm...wonder if they let me do one fully kitted and just lower me into the water?

Maybe I did not want to run those flight details....can get to China return for £100. Might consider doing my Visa run there and doing the Macau tower. Much thinking to be done though :D

*Ponders*

£100 to China? BTW is the Macau tower jump still running? I had heard that they might be stopping it.
