Minecraft (online Lego essentially)

I was just banned, and I dont know why. I put loads of work into the map to :-(

My name was droony, why was I banned?

Ah someone had been vandalising the map Droony and you didn't response when Lyon asked you what you were up to. Sure he will unban you if a mistake.

That's looking really good. I had a quick go on single player earlier, made myself a little swastika castle. No, I don't know why either. :o I guess the simple textures reminded me of Wolfenstein 3D.

Apologies. I was trying to find the griefer, you will be unbanned straight away.

Like Delk said, you were the only one I didn't recognise (I have to remember a lot of names, I've been on grief patrol all day), and there were buildings destroyed. It's undone now, sorry again.

I will be taking it down tonight, and it will only be going back up when I figure out how to make private servers actually work.

Server should now be private, got backups just in case someone has bummed it in the morning.

The world looks fantastic now, you could explore for hours if you had never seen it before. Amazing work guys.

Also, Rroff, sorry for the kicks! I thought I was finding holes in your wake, didn't realise you were a clocker. Tough night.

Heh wasn't sure if I was getting kicked coz my connection was dodgy, but noticed you following me... was just trying to find good screenshots :D
 
Gah, I was trying tio make an underground thing saying "HOVIS" but I got it nearly done, then encountered water, and it ruined it.

So if you find an underground thing filled with bushes blocks, that was my failed attempt. :(

I was stalking people all day, I was trying to hang back a little, poke my head round corners, I was just too angry to be subtle :D It's private now, so I wont be stalking anyone else.

Still there, just follow the same old link. I just went on.


I'm out of the house today, now the public can't get in there should be no trouble, but just in case keep an eye out. If someone destroys buildings record the time, I'll be able to restore a backup when I get back (I have a backup made every 5 mins). If it looks like it can be repaired by hand then great, report the griefer, we have a few admins. If the damage looks too bad then don't bother building anything, because the world will return to how it looks this morning.
 
Bah, set up a public server for another forum i use and some tit deleted my buildings.
How do private servers work? a password?
Can't even work out who it was from the logs as i had multiple people on in the early hours.
 
Can you do voice comms over Steam as private chat while playing or are people not speaking?

I remember a collaborative lego online thing a while back and it was awesome. Played it with AndyT and Tocukers.
 
This loks like good fun, I do remember something similar but can't remember the name.

Are the private servers back to working properly?
I tried to join but it just generates a diff map each time.
