No it isn't, I take it you are not aware of the lovely world of poverty spec BMW's - a badge first, a car second.

Nope im not aware, most of my BMW exposure is from you which means its normally a nice high spec one. :p

couple have BINIs round here.. they charge £sillymoney an hour though..

i learnt in a 2 litre peugeot 206 SPORT!!!!.. with LEXUS LIGHTS.. classy or what..

206 Sport's had clear rear clusters as standard iirc.

I seen plenty of Minis but not a BMW no :/

Mine was in a diesel astra and a petrol corsa damn the difference in clutch!

There's a few Mini Coopers round here (non S), and a Fez ST & Fab vRS. I think they figure, young people want to learn in a "cool" car rather than a 1.0 LPG converted Micra I learnt in :D

The guy that has the vRS used to have an Astra convertible.

theres a company called drivings cool that only use mini's around here not sure if its national.
im quite happy with my AA focus, such a simple car to drive.

Why would u want to learn in a good car. Be such a dissapointment when you have to buy and insure you own crapped out corse or whatnot.

You gotta wonder where the money comes from all these flashy cars...

I bet they hang onto pupils as long as possible and squeeze loadsamoney outta them.

Why doesn't he learn to drive in a 'normal' car, and save money to put towards buying something 'special' of his own?
