Regarding motherboards these are the two you can get for the AMD CPUs:

The MSI has wireless and Bluetooth too.

Any standard mini-ITX case should be fine:

However,cooler height is what you need to concern, and some of the smaller mini-ITX cases are more for Atom and Brazos level CPUs, which consume less power than more powerful alternatives from Intel and ATM.
