Mini gaming pc build

Apparently csgo is very cpu heavy tho.

Bottom of this graph - an i5-2400 and a 7970 gets 212fps at 1080p. A 4670k and a Titan will not struggle with Counter Strike.

A 270X would be fine - around £150. But you're original idea sounds good to me. GPU mounting in the Prodigy is tool-free, so swapping your Titan in and out should be quick and easy.

Hmm i am starting to think now if it's worth selling my current pc and make the mini pc a beast.

What can i actually get into the bitfenix case

Would a really good mini pc be a good option as a permanent pc so i can sell my current one or isnt it wise to have a small pc like this for a lot of usage daily.

Absolutely nothing wrong with using uATX/mini ITX in a main rig, you can still build an incredibly powerful system (the only real limitation these days is expansion slots for SLI/xfire and RAM slots on mini ITX boards).

The specs that have already been posted will serve you well whether you decide to sell your current rig or not, though I can't see why you would need both.

Sell off the motherboard and case and get these?
YOUR BASKET
1 x Asus Rampage IV GENE Intel X79 (Socket 2011) DDR3 MicroATX Motherboard £249.95
1 x BitFenix Prodigy M 'Yang' MATX Cube Case - Black/White £74.95
Total : £338.40 (includes shipping : £11.25).

As long as it has adequate cooling so that you aren't roasting the internals then it should be fine. Bit more fiddly to build and keep tidy but that can be more satisfying I find. It's kind of a personal preference thing I guess.

Anyone fancy building me a sick build then for gaming in general then now will be sticking my gtx titan in it ofc. with good cooling aswell to keep it nice and sweet.

The layout of the case means the GPU or top rad/fans are what's affected by the optical bay.

If you wanted to mount a 240 in the roof you would probably need to remove the optical drive and go for an external, but with your spec it should be fine.
