Mini gaming pc build

What about it? Your 120 will mount next to the CPU, you can fit 2 fans in the floor and 2 in the roof (if you don't use an optical drive) so it should be absolutely fine.

Just been convinced by a friend to just buy the version you suggested swift and use an i5 will a rewriter fit inside that tho and what will the cooling be like.

You should be able to get the titan, an optical drive and 1 120mm in the roof and then 2 120mm in the bottom so the cooling should be sufficient.

This motherboard would probably make more sense:

YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Z87I Gaming AC Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ITX Motherboard £134.99
Total : £143.69 (includes shipping : £7.25).

Not as expensive as the Maximus Impact, but it has some gaming features that you may find useful e.g.:

KILL YOUR LAG!
The Killer™ E2200 Intelligent Networking Platform is built for maximum networking performance for online games and high-quality streaming media. Featuring Advanced Stream Detect™, Killer E2200 automatically detects and accelerates game traffic ahead of other network traffic for smoother, stutter-free in-game performance and the competitive edge.

I'd also question the need for that big Alpenfohn cooler. Unless you're planning to overclock the nuts off that i5, all it will do is make your system unnecessarily heavy. Slightly lighter alternative:

1 x Alpenföhn Matterhorn Pure Edition CPU Cooler £29.99
Total : £35.96 (includes shipping : £4.98).

I've heard a couple of bad things about MSI Z87 boards, may just be typical internet though.

The H60 will give you loads of room, with this build you can keep the optical drive, have 1 x 120mm fan in the front and 1 x 120mm in the top.

i would get rid of the titan and go for the AMD r9 290 or 290x they dont use as much power as the titan and the performance is better i know you are only using it for CSGO but for any new game that comes out soon it will have amds new mantle support which shows upto 45% increase in performance over D3D
