I'd have a look through this. It's the Q25 owners' thread on [H]. There are some good ideas in there with pictures to give you a good idea of clearance.

Be wary of motherboard choice too, some coolers can foul the area around the CPU, and possibly interfere with RAM and VRMs.
If it goes in there, I would have thought one of the all-on-one water coolers would be the way to go, like a Corsair H60 or Antec Kuhler H2O-120.

Not had any experience with that case but according to the description : CPU cooler height: 80mm
I also use a small form mini itx case with restricted head room (CM 120) and i must say were limited on our options for decent coolers.

Its been pretty decent so far ( not perfect ) and im @ 4.2ghz using the 4670K
took some time though.

No, there is not enough room above the mobo to take the radiator and fan. Your best bet is a low profile air cooler, but as already mentioned, depends on your mobo as to which one.

Here`s a few to look at. But you will need to check the dimensions with your mobo to rule out any clearance issues. The Samual will require you buying a fan separately, preferably a 120x120x12mm.

Seeing as you wont be able to fit the watercooler in that case, that leaves you one option.

It`s going to be tight with the fan, as the bottom of the drive bay cage rises. You might have to mod the screw fittings, as the front fan mounting is for a 140 not 120.
But, you can always try. It either fits or it does`nt
