I can download other stuff right now and get 500Kb/s easy, it's just Steam getting hammered by all of us cheap-skates with our £3.24 games.

all issues with download can be sorted by changing region to Ireland i think it's because they actually don't have a irish server so it redirects you to the best possible it was trick they used at lan and i'm getting 1.7mbps
