Miscreated (post-apocalyptic, survival-based sandbox game)

Wasn't expecting Miscreated to bear the top of the forums today! It really is a lovely world the devs have made, I would say it is one of the best game worlds around, the only thing that ruins this game is the best building, it's absolutely crap and feels completely out of place, if they made it so you boarded up existing structures it would have been much better
Yeah I tried dipping my toe into the base building, seems very clunky.
Spent an hour trying to find my way back to Sultan tonight, only to realise I died in Pinecrest lol - much amusement that one.
Your best of fixing up a car and ditching it in the woods for storage (apparently), hahaha I havnt played all that much but I have done that myself hahaha

game really is a looker at times, the world is just beautiful, for any of those wanting to buy, its great fun, enjoying it a lot more than I thought I would. Just need to find some direction now as running from house to house looking for beans and water will get old quick lol. For £7.50 though, brilliant buy.

Heard other people in my team were buying it, and we were going to play online tonight.
So I came online, nobody playing it but Arma 3, so I decided to play it myself. Walked around a big airfield looked lovely, picked up stuff and went into another village, didn't see anyone, didn't see any mutants, nothing worth fighting over or for. Got bored and put in for a Steam refund.

same, I guess this is a group game similar to DayZ to have any kind of fun.
It was fun in some ways but not for me in its current state and a bit too hard core/sim for my liking. Within 90 minutes:
- fell through the map twice
- got disconnected and crashed twice (this was more likely down to my internet due to packet loss though...)
- spend too long trying to find your friends (if they are going to go down this route especially if they spawn you in on the opposite side of the map... then at least give a map when you log in for the first time)
- need to be able to see names or at least your clan members names, maybe not when across the map etc. but at least when you are all in the same small area i.e. a shop, car park etc.
- lastly, performance is abysmal for me even with low settings, probably my cpu, I know it is a small team (and an alpha, which seems to be a never ending story for all these survival games...
) but still, it is highly frustrating these games which look worse than the likes of fallout 4, witcher 3, gta 5, division and yet all those run amazingly well (although miscreated does look stunning at times but still just not as nice as those listed)

In the words of Blane, "Bunch of slack jawed fagots around here". Ppl these days wanting everything put on a plate, holding your hand giving you arcade features like names above heads pfffft lmao...what's gaming coming to with folk these days.
And yeah game to be played with friends, just not much fun without them. In terms of the game and DayZ comparison, this all day long for me.
