Just been out to do some shopping and the latest edition of Men's Health magazine caught my eye with a statement to the effect of "Arms like these in 4 weeks." Suffice it to say that the guys arms were borderng on 17.5 inches and the so called routine for aquiring them-extremely laughable . I mean WTF-how can they get away with making statements like the above? The examples given are on their front cover page.

Well tbh, they arent talking the size only.
they are thinking that the average reader isnt really that far off to think that they can do it, with the odd couple who really could do it.

however, having said that, i have recently read an article that WILL put on anything from .75" in a day :D (honest!!)

Men's Health is a solid magazine when you disregard the hyperbole of its front page and article titles. Every month it's 'abs in a month', 'huge gains in 6 weeks' yadda yadda which is of course mostly stupid but if you followed their advice consistently you'd get results.

I enjoy reading Men's Health, though I feel I can generally disseminate the good information from the dubious whereas others may not.
