Looks good.

Rogue Nation was good, but having watched all 5 Mission Impossible movies you never got much sense of Ethan as a person. MI3 came closest when he got married to Michelle Monaghan.

This could change that.

What's great is you know Tom Cruise actually does the stunts, flys the copter on location etc. Did anyone else see the Graham Norton show which showed how he broke his foot on this?

Really? Wow, I guess perhaps he didn't want to re-shoot the scene or they decided it wasn't worth the risk of him breaking his ankle again for a split-second jump scene.

He had already done multiple takes but in the movie he's supposed to fall slightly short of the jump and he went for it again and hurt himself.

At least the trailer doesn't give EVERYTHING away in 30 seconds LOL. Kind of losing my appetite for big loud in your face action movies but looks quite interesting.

does look kick-arse. i hope they tone down the slightly forced comedy though, a bit of light relief goes a long way rather than trying to make every scene w/ certain characters comedic.

I'm really looking forward to this, the last couple of MI films were enjoyable action films and this looks like it should be more of the same.

That helicopter stuff is either brave or stupid

I can see him popping his clogs on the next film trying to one-up himself though. I'm sure you don't say no to the Cruise machine on set.
