Mistake?

I though GoW was good fun, just a little slow and I thought the cover system didn't give you enough control. I didn't mind the story either - kind of that-bad-that-it's-good. It felt a bit cut-short at the end though.

im quite enjoying the SP atm.

just go to the bit with the beserker, which seems pretty challenging, however I did run straight at him for my first attempt and ended up in pieces :D

MP not what I thought, though its where I am used to a K&M setup rather than a Pad for FPS.

Loved gears for its graphics and all round presentation, sp does get a bit repetitive after awhile. Hated it online, grenade tags and chainsaw kills were cheap and annoying, aiming was abit meh and it was chock full yanks/a-holes and the usual degenerates that spoil live, it just seemed to be a game that attracted the above to its multiplayer.

And kreeee take a break, you can't be a prat all your life. ;)

i was completely underwhelmed by Gears, not a good game at all.

Condemned, much better game, really creepy in parts, really enjoyed it.

Both games are superb in their own right. Condemned is prolly the scariest horror game you'll ever play with a great atmosphere, and lotsa blood. Gears is great for it's co-op, visuals and multiplayer.

See, I'd disagree. Condemned is predictable and very much a game by numbers in that it takes you by the hand and guides you through the game.

Games like Project Zero are scary.
