Evo 6............it's done only 26000 miles and only £15000, what do you think guys, advice please:cool:

i've seen the other photos and it's perfect condition

you're joking right  it looks great to me

i saw the new Honda Type R yesterday at our Honda garage, but i didn't drive it, just sat inside tapping the throttle :D....it was the Type R GT....Blue

it looks pretty good, miles better than in the photos, it's very comfy inside, great seats, very well engineered, she only offered me 1.5 grand for my car so i thought ``**** you`` .... it's worth at least 3 grand, but £30 000 is too much to borrow

The type R is a bit sterile to drive - it also doesn't have the interior of a £30k+ car imo

which i will because i'll keep my other car and Garage this, i've seen loads of other Evos too

Would something like a Makinen not be a better buy in a VI when thinking about future value?

Certainly wouldn't be my choice of car for £15K.

They haven't aged particularly well, it isn't a good looking car at all in 2016 to be honest. Just my opinion of course!

And it wont be a mint 26,000 mile car for long if you, yknow, use it.

If that is what you want, then perhaps it is a better fit than I thought! :)

you cant get the Type R easily anyway, they're only going to import a few, a better bet might be the Seat Leon Cupra, same price but it doesn't look so outrageous....

BECAUSE the Type R definitely looks outrageous and aggressive, especially the GT

what it looks like maybe depends on its condition, but i deffo think it looks better than the Type R....much faster too !!!!!

the Tommy Macks are more collectable but are much more expensive and a higher mileage, i dont like the Evo X, but the Evo 8 looks great

as for driving it, definitely not in this crap weather, only on a bone dry day.....many of the roads here in the New Forest are either flooded or totally waterlogged

For the same sort of money you're not looking at more than about 50k though are you? If you'll put next to no miles on it then that should still be as collectable in a couple of years

the really cheap Evo 6 are all over 50 000 miles, but they look scruffy and are thrashed to hell, but this one is in brand new condition.... this one will be worth a fortune in 5 years, just like a Tommy.

the Evo is a Bitch to service, it costs a fortune, so it's best not to drive it too much, so maybe only 4000 miles a year

dont buy a 650hp Evo, because nobody will want it, it'll be thrashed to hell and back again

To be spending anywhere near that sort of coin on a VI then it really has to be the TME no? Any non-TME simply wont be worth anywhere near as much.

I was offered a TME as a straight swap against my S4 years ago, wish I'd taken it now.
