hi i'm back

WOW the car is in perfect condition, there's not a single mark on the outside, the engine bay is fantastic as are the wheels and tyres.

by God it's fast....REALLY FAST :D but it bangs and pops, it makes one hell of a noise when you change gear, it makes you laugh but i'm not sure about that......... but it'll be funny on a quiet summers evening that's for sure :D

it has no rot and it drives really well, it's not fast until you hit the throttle, it's actually very tame to drive, it's not scary at all, it holds the road beautifully

the yellow paint is dazzling, it really looks awesome, miles better than White.

it's about 46 000 miles/ recent cambelt, but he wasn't sure about the clutch, it felt ok, so i asked him to check this out for me.

it looks like i'll buy it, but i'll wait till tomorrow, this Evo will need to be purchased quickly so i cant dither too long

it also has a sunroof ( not that important) the steering wheel is indeed pretty naff, but that's a minor thing.

this guy is an Evo nut, he didn't like me touching it, he was very protective of it.... which was reassuring

Actually. Looking at the reg of your car. I got mine mapped on the same day. Down at indigo GT in Wales.
Belonged to a lad from Blandford. It was in immaculate condition when I saw it that day.

I've just been looking at a video I took on my phone and you can see it waiting in the foreground.

Small world :)

that's the guy, he's talking to me right now on the other forum, it's in brilliant condition, it's actually better than my Jazz.

you should see his other cars.

That's what I was thinking. £2k of suspension there if it is.

not sure about suspension, put it this way it holds the road RATHER WELL
the tyres/ wheels are wider than the 4STAR Evo, and it's a better looking car too.

Engine bay is about the same condition or maybe better and it is spotless under the carpets as well.

I remember you talking about it Des.

Definitely looks like Ohlins to me, I can't think of another manufacturer that does Orange top mounts.

that top mount area is fresh and new as is the cross brace, battery, Induction kit, rocker and cam cover.

this is his 5th Evo, the Zero Fighter he has isn't the WW2 aircraft, i got that wrong.....it's another Evo he has, but i have no idea what it is

it wont be easy speeding in this car, it makes one hell of a noise when shifting up, it really does bang and pop, the cops will hear this from miles away, especially in the New Forest :D:D

Zero fighter was a limited version available in Japan. All the UK Xtreme models had the same bodykit (side skirts and different splitter on the front bumper).
