No they are saying he will 'bomb' Iran. Slight difference.
But anyway, I'm not too au fait with how the US system works but I'd be surprised if Romney by himself could declare nuclear war on another country without getting it through the senate and house of representatives (which would be made up of a fair few democrats). I'd suspect the UN would have a few things to say as well.
Don't forget their system is based on ours, ergo despite them having a president, it's actually the three arms of government that have to all agree to get anything done. This is specifically designed to stop a mad man (or party over here) getting into to power and doing bonkers things.
For example, Obama has struggled to get some of his stuff through because of this. The US president doesn't have absolute power in the same way the cabinet don't have absolute power here.
I found Bush frightening as he was leader of the most powerful country and armed forces in the world.
Mitt Romney is potentially more frightening.

Pfft Mittens should just give up now at the end of the day who wants their country run by a cat!

The US media are really playing up Romney's campaign but I honestly think they are just trying to keep the race interesting. Remember, boring race = no ratings.
If you look at poll numbers, Obama is going to trounce him in the electoral college barring any major gaffs.
Romney is the preferred choice of the zionist lobby hence why all the media are supporting him.

I don't think that is going to go down well.![]()

The funny thing is that Romney for some reason actually believed that one of the other utter retards in the Republican primary actually had a chance of being being nominated, and so for some daft reason recreated himself as this uber-right wing conservative and thus has fallen into the 'appeal to the base' trap well-trodden by the likes of Michael Howard, William Hague, Ian Duncan Smith etc - spending all his time appealing to people who would vote for a potato if it was Republican or not-Obama while utterly alienating the independent swing voters who actually decide elections.
The irony arising that if Romney had run as Massachussets-moderate Romney (i.e .who he actually is, instead of who he is pretending to be), in favour of compromise, getting things done, Romneycare as well as a successful businessman, then the hard-core Republicans would still vote for him as a non-Democrat potato, he would be far more appealing to independents and would probably be on course to win this election.![]()
