Mixing PWM fans on splitter

Sure is nice to have fans all slow down and be totally silent when computer isn't working hard.. but ramp up to supply cool air and exhaust the hot air when system works hard. ;)

I've made covers out of cardboard or foam core sign board from hobby shop. I

Seen it on the auction site for much cheaper again. Is it easy enough to glue into box type sections? The reason i looked into plywood is because i have accesss to a lot of it on building sites at work.

Building site plywood is not much good for building small 3-sided boxes. ;) Trust me, I'm a retired bespoke joiner / cabinet builder / furniture maker.

If going plywood get at least 3mm.. preferably 4-6mm solid birch plywood. There are 0.6x30x30cm pieces available on the site for less than 5 quid a piece. I often use Mitre Glue for joining this sort of thing.. It's super-glue the consistency of honey with a spray activator.

I use 9-10mm 7x ply birch plywood for the castor bases I make. Use Everbuild Mitre Fast Fix Super Glue and Activator Standard Bonding Kit from that site for 4-6 quid depending on size of kit.

Lol, i know the glue you mean mate. As a painter + decorator i see it quite a lot. It is indeed very good stuff, but some joiners i know go a bit over the top with it But at least it's easy to clean off. The site im on at the minute has a large selection of ply, including 5mm birch. Took a few bits home yesterday to try a few ideas.
