Nice to see Mods revisiting policies (and past bans for those changes)... Might I also suggest that given MM is run by a system of (pseudo legal) rules or "laws" another (pseudo legal) "law" might be considered. In UK law, convictions can be spent after a period of time. Could strikes be similar or even bans? I mean even if you committed a heinous fraid your record would be wiped after 5 years....

There already is provision for your last strike to expire after 1 year (i.e. if you were on Strike #3 and commit another MM offence after a year, you would be re-issued with a fresh Strike #3).

There are no plans for records to be wiped clean at any point however.

Christ, what a waste of time. I fully came in to this thread to laugh at someone crawling out from their rock after 300 years to whinge about their MM access being revoked. Instead you bang on about some pseudo legal nonsense.

Come on man, we've got standards here

Why revoke those profiteering bans then??? I mean it was "against the rules at the time"

It still is against the rules?!

Sorry, I meant what is defined as profiteering. Those banned for it are being reviewed due to the change in definition I believe? Well if one (as above) wants to say "we have standards here" suggesting all bans shouldn't be reviewed why should these bans be reviewed (the profiteering ones) ??

If its not getting thru (my thinking) then ignore it... I'll give up the line of questioning
