We already have one. You email an MM Don, we all discuss it in the DR. And yes, people do get access to the MM reinstated. Two lucky people are likely to get access back soon in fact.
 
I would like to provide come constructive feedback.

I used to use the members market (a few years ago now), however no longer do due to the complexity of the rules and the severity of the response for minor infringements. I appreciate that it is my choice and Overclockers are providing this service free of charge, however I am surely not alone and it seems a real shame to alienate members from using a service on this forum...

It is usually pretty obvious when someone is purposely trying to bump a thread against someone making a post not realising that somewhere in the mass of rules it is not allowed. I ended up stop using it when people suddenly started being suspended for posting to say that the OP had an email from them.

We have a good reputation for the MM being a safe place to trade computer related items. The rules are a large part of what keeps the forum safe and we make no apologies for that.
 
Seems a bit strong, or are Dons going to be sensible. I've had about three threads over about 18months trying to salemy my massive DVD collection? Now you can't do that or bump. So how do yourelist unsold items that are in threads 60pages back and several months old. Should be some sort of time limit for relisting. Say 6weeks or something.
 
So should I be getting MM access today or tomorrow? Been looking forward to this day for the past about 2-3 days when I realised how close I was to 3 months :D
 
Is there any way of getting unbanned from MM? I was banned years ago for having 1 too many threads open by mistake. Would have thought it's better to have trusted members using the MM area rather than ban them for having a momentary lapse of bumping 3 minutes too early or opening an extra thread by mistake.
