Mobile Rack not working!

Hello,

I recently received this (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=HD-062-BT) and have been trying to get it to work since coming home from work. The hard drive goes in, I turn the key and the light comes on, however no power to the hard drive itself (from what I can hear/feel).

So I took the hard drive out of the tray and plugged it in directly with the same cables I used on the Rack, and it works! I can't imagine why it's not working, could it simply be faulty?

Not very helpful but I've had nothing but problems with IcyBox and reliability sadly I generally reccomend staying clear of them.

Gotta face the truth I suppose. I shall send it back. Any recommendations for a similar product at a similar price? It's a shame this doesn't work as it's a nice design!
