Wow! That fan mount is amazing! In fact all the work is great - looks like it was built that way! :D

Aegis,

How is the cooling it looks like i will have similar cooling Scythe Bay, 80mm up top and 80mm at the back. Your 201 at least has hard drive cooling unfortunately the 210 doesnt, still trying to decide if i need 3 x 92mm fans in the floor to compensate (before the dremel comes out anyhow). my fans in the base should offer similar cooling to yours, how is the GPU temps?

Wedge, cannot figure out how to PM, i am short of a few standoffs are you able to help, its the square clip kind i am after?

Hi Mate

yeah the motherboard stand offs, i have some spare ones, how many do you need?

Also if anyboby is looking for a Coolermaster ATCS 201 Case, there is a MINT condition one on the bay ;)

Aegis, How is the cooling...

Cooling on mine is pretty good - the Kama Bay has a 120mm Akasa Apache pushing air through the H50's radiator into the case (as recommended by Corsair) - the i7 965 idles in the low 30's. It isn't overclocked but it's a 3.2 GHz Extreme Edition so if you were overclocking a 920 to the same speeds I suspect you'd get similar temps.

The 5870 vents air outside the case anyway so that's not a problem - it has both 80mm Noctuas blowing on it too so there's no lack of airflow there (idles at 37 degrees).

My only worry was the motherboard/chipset so I got an additional 40mm Fractal Design fan to stick on the P6T Deluxe - not sure what the exact temp for the motherboard is but the BIOS usually reports it in the high 30's which seems fine to me.

Hard drives have no specific cooling (they're in the floppy drive bays) and seem fine with it - the Velociraptor is basically one big heatsink and my other drive is an SSD.

Hope that helps!

Well its finished (sorta anyhow). Slightly different its a naked ATCS 210, i removed all the acrylic!

More or less finished now, just a bit more work to do to tidy the cables a bit more and fit the 92mm fan guards when they arrive.

Very pleased though, looks nice, case was a fantastic bargain off the bay, cooling as follows, 120mm intake up front, 80mm exhaust rear, 92mm exhaust top, twin 92mm floor inlet and 80mm floor inlet blowing air into the hard drive area. Very quiet too used Arctic Cooling F8, F9 and F12 fans.

Just gotta sell my old Antec P182 Special Edition now. :D

Sweet!! :D What CPU cooler are you using? I tried a coupla Noctuas but one didn't fit at all and the other was too tight a squeeze...
