Sky have no control. The feed is controlled by a single race director for all broadcasters.
BBC would have not got it either.

Why are you blaming it on sky? It's nothing at all to do with them.
Monaco is particularly bad as instead of the of the FOM director, they use a local Monaco chap, and he's pretty useless.
Do they all have to take their starting grid positions, regardless of where they might have progressed in the race? Surely not?
