Monaco Grand Prix 2015, Monte Carlo - Race 6/19

Seriously the race director in this race was amongst the worst I've seen in donkeys years. We barely saw what happened to Massa at the start of the race only from distance and not the full extent of it nor I believe a single shot of Massa limping back to the pits. I can't remember if we saw that video of Sainz losing part of his wing at all during the race. It took them ages to even show the piece of wing causing the VSC and considering the VSC was in place obviously no on track passing was going to happen so should have shown the cause of the VSC instantly.

So many bits completely missed, Hamilton lost something like three seconds in one lap which I still presume was passing a Williams and maybe another car or two and they managed to not show it. Showing someone who wasn't getting very close to the guy infront for ages as we saw Hamilton's gap shrink massively in the data.

Considering there is so little action at Monaco due to the nature of the track, missing the few things that did happen is pretty much unforgivable. Even if someone is within a second of the guy infront elsewhere you might stay on them to see what happens but at Monaco you have a 97% chance that guy will just be stuck there, flick to whatever is happening on track.

It's taken me a little while but if anyone would like to read about the most awesome week of my life in Monaco then I've compiled it all on my website. Sorry to link across to the site, but I don't really have time to reformat it on OcUK at the moment. It also got a bit longer than planned, and I put some photos in too.

If anyone has any questions I'll do my best to answer.
