you've seen one angle where it looks like he may have crossed it at the very end. The Stewards will have a top down angle and seem to think there's no need for an investigation. Horner has said he's pretty happy Max didn't cross the line. So sounds more like it was just angle being deceptive.

Can Ferrari ask for stewards to look at Max's pit exit after the rule changes over the winter?

The apparent lack of looking at it is massive for this race (if Max crossed the line) and potentially the championship.

The FIA are horrifically slow doing anything, and getting stuff going. So I expect this red flag to steal a lot of time.
At least Monaco marshalls are usually on top of the game.
