Haven't played in a while. Took a long time to get used to the combat, and still a long way from mastering.

I've just played my 10 placement matches. I got beat up pretty hard, losing 9 of them. Some guys just seem to keep coming at me with short swords or daggers and it's attack after attack without letting up. I'm a long sword guy and do my bit trying to block what I can, but it's impossible to get any hits back on them.

I liked this when it first came out, but felt tbe combat was clunky and overly complicated and barely touched it since.

Speed kills. You need to be chambering attacks, but even then a quick opponent can just chamber straight back.

Never heard of this before surprisingly, it's currently free on epic. The multiplayer looks quite good, seen some funny clips on YouTube. Will give it a try!
