More jealousy.

I am gonna go out on a limb here and say that it was probably someone who saw you doing all that work the other week and somehow thought this would be a funny way to "pay you back" for showing some care for your property. Hey, if they can't have it why should you be able to flaunt in their faces because you work for a living

I think this guy might be right :(

Culprits should have the equivalent thrown over them and see how they like it.

Truly sickening that!

I thought i was gutted when i spent 6 hours washing and waxing my car then a bird **** all over it. They need their legs breaking tbh .

I was gutted when someone keyed my car recently, nevermind throwing paint stripper on it...If this happened to me id be going absolutly mental...

Sick B******s! :(

You break birds legs? sicko...kill them quick by wringing their neck.

Seriously though that is sickening, although you never know the whole story, the guy could have peeved a few people off. Regardless of that whoever does these kinds of things are cowards or morons, perhaps both.

i was really pee'd off when some litle scroat smashed the door mirror of my £500 escort, what happened to tha Audi would probably kill me.

A little part of me just died. What sort of morons get enjoyment out of wrecking someone's pride and joy?

They're not human. They're probably bred like wolves on some scummy council estate somewhere with fat waste-of-space parents. Fat ugly waste of space parents with spotty, useless, waste of good DNA offspring. Hanging, castrating, shooting? No, it's too good for them. Waste of good bullets.

What goes through someone's mind when they decide to do this?

Yes I know it's just a car, bla bla, but I have the same thoughts when I read similar stories on the news of youths attacking defenceless dogs for example, too. Ugh.

I'm sorry but I'm convinced there is more to it than that. Nobody vandalises an Audi A4 diesel like that out of jealousy - it's a nice car but it's no Ferrari F430. There must be another reason why someone has decided to do that to that car.

LOL i don't think my neighbors would take too kindly to me strangling birds Homer Simpson style in the middle of the street.

Doesn't have to be a reason - see my post above. It's just what certain people do.

Some kids probably walked past a few times and saw him working on the car for 10 hours and thought it would be funny to ruin all his hard work. Jealousy could have played a part as well but I'd put money on it being bored teenagers.

It’s a 35K car, not exactly ordinary. People can be very jealous.

It's an Audi A4 - the Motorway networks are full of them. You can'd do more than 4 junctions of the M5 without being passed by 10 A4 2.0 TDI S-Lines (And to most people, all A4's are the same).

Now I'm not dissing the car at all - for reference I really like them and I'd place the 5 Series into exactly the same bracket (Nice but not a Ferrari) - but I just don't think its a jealousy fueled attack, it's pretty extreme, I just think there is more to it thats all. Perhaps the attacker knew the owner? I dunno, I'd just be suprised if it was completely random purely becuase he has a new A4 and the attacker didn't.

Irrespective of the reason it's still a bloody shame and I hope whoever did it is caught, but I guess nicking people for speeding is more important :(

Yeah I see your point, looked a cracking motor anyway :( :( Some people!

How would Audi repair this? Guess the guy is getting a brand new car but what will Audi do to it, strip it?

i'd asume that they'd strip it down a bit and repaint the affected areas, its white so it wont be hard to match! and replace the rubbers and stuff.

I don't think it's jealousy as such.

My guess is - local wasters see man putting lots of effort into cleaning car, and decide to "teach him a lesson" for doing so. Blokes probably never done anything to warrant it except be seen cleaning the thing.

It happens a lot, people are weird. My mate's parents lived in their house for years with no issues, then one day they decided to spruce the house up, paint it and lay new turf outside. 2 days later someone had trashed the lawn and thrown eggs all over the front of the house. Some people are just like that, never understood it myself.
