More than 2 SSD's in R0

just wondering if anyone has more than 2 SSD's in Raid0, after seeing many youtube videos such as the 24 Samsung SSD promo video, i wondered whether or not people have more money than sense and bought 3 or more SSD's and configured them in Raid and have any realworld bench results?

I'm not sure if a third makes that much difference unless your using a half decent controller. See this thread for results ..

I have 3 x 30Gb Vertex's in RAID 0 - my benchies are in the thread already linked to.

Tbh I wanted 2 x 60Gb but they weren't in stock when I ordered so I originally got 2 x 30Gb ones, but very soon realised that OS and Apps/Games was eating the capacity too quickly, so bought a third to get more overall capacity. Speed is very nice, but I suspect I would be just as happy with 2 larger drives speed-wise!
