More "unorthodox" training

nice one mate :D
im gonna start witht hem when im back...but when im back is looking further and further in the distance =( my doc reckons i wont be back to 6th form till after xmas so god knows when ill be back in the gym

with a bit of luck i should be able to start training again properly after xmas, i have my first knee op on Monday and thne if its worked the next one will be done shortly after :)

Damn guys i really feel for you, i would probably kill someone if i couldn't hit the gym regularly. As it is i get big energy rushes and feel like running around every now and again (is this normal??)

well done, my mood swings are worse than well you know the score with women :p

worse still, home gym for me, my weights are just sat there, even had to stop myself doing the little 5 kg things downstairs. Worse thing is i can't run or do any cardio either so i'm having to watch what i eat to keep the BF down

yup kanes, i started off training at home and i still keep the EZ bar and dumbells in my room...everytime you look at em you just wanna start lifting huh :/

perfectly normal =) i am only a minion compared to most of you guys on here, and ive only been training for just over a year and half, but already its become almost an obsession.

on a happier note, with my case of glandular fever i suffered from extreme liver damage, however, had my ultra sound last week and everything looks pretty normal again...the doc said the main reason for this was the healthy state of my body and rest of my vital organs due to a relatively healthy diet and lots of good exercise.
she said training with weights does wonders for a persons breathning, and in turn this strengthens and keeps their organs a lot cleaner and healthier \o/

so it not only pays off for making us stronger, look bigger, less bodyfat, but also helps us recover from illnesses more quickly =)

i have also learnt a valuable lesson myself....dont pull slags :p ;)
