More Wiis?

Guys can we please not hint at competitors or trip the filter into kicking in, it has to be bad for it to actually block something. :p

No need to hint at them, enough people know enough sites that track stock to make giving out names pointless.
 
Wiiiii! Ordered one this morning on the interweb (well known shop, so I trust it). Less than a minute later my colleague tried and they were sold out! :eek:

Now I just need Wii Play...
 
Well my mate called that highstreet store again today and they claimed not to have any there so no luck for me again :(

I guess its all going to rest on whether I can get to a store early enough on saturday morning to nab one :o
 
Got my Wii delivered this morning (ordered it on the 29th November online) :cool:

I had Wii Play (got it for £30 :p ) and a nunchuck teasing me for just over a week whilst I've been waiting for my Wii to be delivered. :(
 
well the mum rang around for me this morning whilst i was at work and every where says they dont know when they are getting any :( I really want one this week if possible damn it >.<

Gareth DW when/what time did you get yours? was that from ocotal way too?

I donnnnnnt believe it, ukdeals had a post about 14 being in stock in smiths (can i mention them) and not being reserved only just seen it and they sold out bout an hr ago :mad:
 
Got my wii delivered yesterday along with wii play and zelda and I think it's great fun but i'm quite disappointed with the quality of the wiimote. I was playing boxing on wii sports last night when I accidently knocked (not very hard) the remote against the nun-chuck , since then it hasn't been working. I can still point if I hold the remote straight but if I tilt or do anything else nothing happens. :mad:

Unfortunately the remote was bundled with the console, so I don't want to return it.

Yes, got 2 on launch night (convinced my sis to queue with me) from that supermarket on Ocotal Way. One went on an auction site and paid for the 2nd one. They have had more in since... tend to be small amounts arriving fairly frequently, so it's down to luck if you're in the right place at the right time.

Also got one from a competitor website about 2 weeks ago, but sold that to my wife's friend at cost, so didn't make anything off that but at least I did make someone else very happy.
 
I have the gf on the prowl for me tomorrow trying to source one, most people just seem to fob you off tho and say "we dont know" but seems some stock coming in most days even if its only a few
 
Apparantly more stock is coming into some stores of the main gaming shop tommorow.

I'm working 8:00-6:00 even though I know my local shop is getting 30, very frustrating! Especially as i had today off.

But just a bit of a heads up incase anyone else can make use of the information, supposedly coming in on delivery at about 10:00-10:30 but if you get in when they open they should let you put your name down and then they will be given out according to the order on that list.

Might be worth giving your local stores a ring tommorow morning?
 
Wii play just arrived! Less than 24 hours after ordering at normal price from a real shop! No fleabay for me! :)

I'm impressed with the remote, it's a lot nicer than I had expected. And the strap sure as hell wouldn't break from normal use :p
