Morning drinking

If you want a drink, have a drink.

You made that post on Reddit did you?!

It's absolutely fine to drink at home in the morning (or in a pub if one's even open) but I guess it's not socially expected, considering you can't even buy alcohol in shops pre-midday.

I used to work in the fruit and veg market, 3am start 11am finish.

I used to get drunk at 12pm, end of working day! No worries mate. ;)

Ahhh the smell of the local bench !! Its almost as good as the smell of bacon :D

Beer of the Gods!

(Perhaps more seriously) And he allegedly rather liked it too! ;)

On an even more serious note, There was a significant ad campaign in the past regarding "Spesh" using the "Beer of the Gods" theme, and yet, even in the vastness of the interweb there seems to be almost nothing discoverable about it.

Frankly that is scary! This is something that has been completely edited out of history!
And in the modern interweb world it is terribly easy to do this. If it isn't there, it never was!

Yeah, you see all sorts in a early wetherspoons.

Got there at 9am on saturday, seems like most people there had already had more than a couple.

Just go to Wetherspoons and have a cheap brekkie while you're at it.

This was always mine and my mates preferred plan of action after a long drum n bass rave shift, couple of Guinness half decent fry up then home to sleep for a couple of hours before trying to drag ourselves up so we wouldn't be completely ruined for the day job come Monday.

If you're not used to nights I personally wouldn't have a beer in the morning. That wouldn't help me sleep at all. Poor yourself a large whiskey and a glass of red wine and you'll be off to the land of nod in no time. And if it's in your own home who gives a damn.

I go to the clurb on Sunday mornings for a few pints at 10am. Nothing wrong with morning drinking.

Done plenty of night shifts and I used to drink tons after a day shift or when off shift, but I never fancied a beer when I finished in the morning. I'd rather just have a cuppa and go to bed.

Up to you though.
