I have actually done that alarmingly often.
Yeah I've done that a few times too, thankfully never with passengers in. It'd bound to happen some day though.
About an hour ago there was a Lebanese guy (born in Ghana) who was trying to explain to me that the USA was run by Israel and the Jews are actually in control of everything that is happening in the world, including the Syrian crisis and the Iraqi situation.
Who knows, the Israel lobby in the US is quite vocal and we all know the lobbyist's run the US
.Few months ago some supermarket had their cheap own make energy drink on sale, friend of mine was drinking two 1 litre bottles a night mixing it with a bit of vodka. This went on for about a week and then I had the following conversation with her.
Her: Got a doctors appointment booked this afternoon
Me: Nothing serious I hope
Her: Dont think so, not been sleeping the past few days, just dont feel tired when I go to bed, then I dont sleep and ofc tired the whole of the next day
Me: Probably the 2 litres of energy drink you are having before you go to bed
Her: Dont be silly
After the appointment
Her: Been given some sleeping tablets, doctor told me to lay off caffeine during the evenings but I only have a cup of coffee in the afternoon
Me: and the 2 lites of energy drink before you go to bed
her: *Sigh* its not that
Then had a couple of days of her saying tablets werent doing anything, was feeling tired after taking them but still couldnt sleep and felt worse in the morning. Couple days later and the energy drink is no longer on offer so she switches to cranberry juice with her vodka as that is on offer, suddenly as if by magic the sleeping tablets are working
It's times like this I think we should pass some legislation which forces people to pay for the medical professional's time/medical facilities/medicine they use when it's discovered they've been a moron
I asked the group of people in the lift if they were going up or down, we were on the bottom floor.
You should slap a silly grin on your face on all the time, when you say stupid stuff like that people will just think you're joking.

On the issue of global warming, I once met someone who thought that deoderants still use aerosols and that contain harmful toxins that can kill you.
The same person also smoked pot, apparently pot is great and less harmful than my deodorant is.

My friend went with his sister (aged 23) and her 4 year old daughter to a zoo - not only was mum misreading signs and getting corrected by the 4 year old - upon reading a sign at said 'kingdom of the giant apes' she seriously asked her brother how they were supposed to tell which one was King Dom 
It is how it is manufactured, to get the required thickness they have to send two sheets of tinfoil through rollers hence one side will be silver and one side matte, Dont you just love "How Its Made"
