I think 10% plus 2 is correct.

Received a NIP yesterday. 58 in a variable camera area on M4.

The speed awareness course for 50 is available from those caught between 57 and 64. I doubt you get fines and points for 56.

I'm intrigued to see what the awareness course entails. I was on my way home from Nurburgring.

Honestly I thought 10%+2 was the leeway (hence setting CC to 76), and 10%+3 was where they enforced from, hence was surprised to see a NIP for 79 in a 70.

I thought the same until I got caught out a few years ago.
