Most successful/most sold graphics card

9800/8800 or GTX460 I reckon.

I would agree with the 8800GT/8800GTS 512MB as they had rejigged versions for many years and seemed a very popular choice for gamers not on a massive budget.

However,I suspect the truth is that one of the massively rebadged lower end Nvidia or AMD GPUs is probably the most sold ones, since they were literally given away for years in low end systems.

Hi guys. This is my first post here.

After years selling cards for Gigabyte I'm pretty sure the answer to this question is the GS 8400 followed by the GT 210. If you check you can see that some brands are still selling the GS 8400.
What you might not know is that the GS 8400 has had a GT 210 chip for several years already so maybe GT 210 chip has been sold more than the original GS 8400 chip.

The humble GT 210, lol. Can't say I'm surprised honestly. What I would have been surprised at is if it was the 970 what with its coil whine and memory issues, it just goes to show how strong the brand name is and that sheeple will buy something with a green sticker on it regardless.

My money would have been on the 8800GTX for OcUK, I'd expect them to have a different sales mix than Gigabyte.

I can't imagine someone in the market for a GT210 coming to OcUK!

Didn't AMD sell a lot of 7970 and 7950 back in the Crypto currency rage?

I remember when Gibbo started putting all hash rates on all the cards lol, well AMD cards cos nVidia's sucked at crypto currency mining.

You have to consider that the GS 8400 came out in 2009 or so and the 970 came out on September last year. Even if it had sold 4 times more you can't compare it to a card that has been under production for several years.
