Heh yeah, they withdrew the claim yesterday, admitted full liability on behalf of their client and apologised for the inconvienience. Not that that is enough 
Oh, draft up a letter of complaint directly to tesco. Offer them 5 working days to acknowledge and 10 to respond, or you'll send copies of that letter off to the governing obudsmen. the ombudsmen wont do anything, because they dont investigate individual complaints.. but it's a large handling fee for Tesco each complaint the FSA recieve and have to liase with Tesco about. That should at least start the ball rolling as far as gettign them to stop harassing you
