I'm sitting here editing the Jan Ring Video and was wondering for a 10min video what would you like the file size to be? Whats too big file to download for a 10 min video?

I'd knock out a couple of versions, say a streaming 20mb one, and downloadable 50mb one, possibly even a 100mb one too

Little bits I can go upto 800mb per 10 mins - Thats about 50GB per hour

Not more than a 100 megs, but upto that is fine. I'd say between 5-10 megs/minute.

If you're concerned about bandwidth, then there's always P2P (Bit Torrent) and free upload sites like You Sent it/You Share it or whatever it's called.

Get RealProducer, you can do a high quality 10min video with decent audio 720x576 for around 50mb.

Nah not worried about B/W will be getting another URL so should have about 200GB+ per month, just dont want people moaning that the file is too big to download.

Most people have broadband these days, 50 meg sounds reasonable provided it's a decent video.

100mb max for me, only on 1mb net still. Is it possible to do 2 versions? Like a 100mb one and a 20mb one for example?
