A couple of surprisingly road-legal cars:
Turbine-powered batmobile. Stupidly loud, utterly impractical...and totally awesome.
Parajet Skycar. It's not brilliant as a car (it's a dune buggy) and it's not much as an aircraft (a microlight will take off with less space and fly better)...but it does work. They're taking orders for it already.
There's a Tron lightcycle too (electric powered), but the video I found on Youtube has been butchered to serve merely as backdrop to someone's music. Looks horribly uncomfortable, difficult to ride and downright dangerous.

The back still looks better than the standard Z4s though.
