Motors YouTube Videos

thats a great vid deserves a lot more views and I think you have the catchy type of voice emphasis required for any degree of success.

I never trust an exhaust note not under load, not sure why doppler effect or something perhaps or just feels different when its freely reving. I also used to notice my exhaust sounded different varying by temperature on that day, really hot days it was great

Seems criminal I only in the last few months noticed these vids - https://youtu.be/4h8y9Fzzn9k?t=649

Ah thanks man, that's so nice. I made sure that we hit 20... so I'm scoping eBay for a go kart frame now :D

Keeping thread on topic:

Chap I know from work owns this

This was a good watch. Love that they shortened the ratio of the diff, that must make the car feel so much better.

I think a Boxster/Cayman with similar done (manual ofc) would be great. Long gear ratios are great for cruising and track work, but working your way through the (shorter) gears makes for a much more enjoyable experience IMO.

I put a 3.91 in mine and the difference was so dramatic it made a bigger difference to the butt dyno than adding 30HP did via CSL Airbox, remap etc. So yep makes a dramatic difference, the 3.91 and 4.10 is perfect for these cars.
As it was such a positive modification I am planning on changing the S2000 final drive in the future from stock 4.10 to at least a 4.44 or maybe even a 4.62/4.77

New software looking good.

0-60mph from 2.47 to 2.41 seconds
1/8 mile from 6.77sec @ 102.23mph to 6.71sec @ 103.55mph
1/4 mile from 10.67sec @ 124.70mph to 10.54sec @ 127.5mph
60-130mph down from 9.23sec to 8.68sec

All on worn tyres on the street, be interesting what happens with sticky new tyres.

I love the fact that he just loves what he does and because of that produces great content that's really watchable. All these companies putting on big races etc. and this one dude from YouTube is, post corona, going to sell out the FF with events from nothing. It's superb.

Back on topic, me and my son remapped the wife's car. Lockdown is fun tbh!

Same, the persona isn't for everyone but he knocks out some killer content.

The likes of him and PFI/BoostedBoiz are really making the drag racing scene mainstream again.

Hopefully Corona blows over and dates align better this year so I can make it to Cleetus and cars in November
It'll be impressive at the FF that's for sure! Wouldn't mind going to an event there at some point, be it a race or a C&C.

I can take or leave a lot of his content but generally he does seem to put out some good videos. I much rather watch BoostedBoiz and PFI Speed though along with a few others like MotionAutoTV and recently Fasterproms (their Smart car is going to be amazing). I do prefer Cleetus over AdamLZ though, I dunno why but I just can't get on with his content at all.

He also rebuilt a Mk4 Supra from a burnt wreck to a very tidy car....took quite some time though.
