F40 vs 599 GTB

The stats at the end are interesting. I would have thought the F40 would be quicker on paper seeing as it's a 1100kg (yes, 100kg ligher than my CTR!) and the 599 is just under 1700kg. Amazing what traction control and 150bhp overhead can give you, but I'm sorry Spie, my alliegence lies with the F40. Grew up wit ha 1:18 Burago model on my windowsil and I will always admire it just for pure looks alone.

Doesn't the ZR1 cost twice the GTR? They even mention its 6 figure cost at the end so why have they not paired it with its actual competition?

Exactly. They compare a £100k 640HP/1500kg car with a £55k 470HP/1750kg car and then proclaim that the former stops better, is faster in a straight line, and quicker around a track. No ****.
