Driving home and this guy puts his rear fogs on, my eyes strain as they're damn bright so I flash my high beams a few times and moments later he turns them off.....then turns them on again??? At this point I put the phone on the mount and record just in case he gets funny and flash once more and he doesn't turn them off until the Ka gets in front of me after the roundabout.

I don't know wtf!

This is very close to where i live, i drive through greenford everyday on my way to work. There are so many **** drivers round here its unbelievable, im still surprised nobody has driven into me yet.

The woman is still saying "I didn't even see I didn't even see" How could you not see a luminous cyclist, especially one being knocked over by another car!

I cycle as much as I drive and I'm so glad I don't live in a city. I never have any of these issues, an easy 5 mile stint to work and everyone is rather respectful.

I would expect those that do make mistakes would be as genuine as the guy who hit this cyclist first. Hands up, in a rush, not paying attention thought he could make it and wants to make it right. That woman... ugh. You made a mistake you silly bint! Own up, show some compassion, sort it out and move on with your life!

Looks like it. That's still a leaf-sprung live axle at the back of that car, by the way (at least, it is if it's running their full TVS package).
