Can't wait for Friday, Pit Walk at Donnington before watching the Electric Cars for the first time, might even get to meet Alguersuari , Trulli etc.! :D

Doubt I'll miss the V6 Formula 1 cars that much, but looks likely that I'll be going Monza anyway this year with the missus :)

not surprising, he doesn't look like he's got the bit between his teeth anymore, quite sad :(

Who knows, if Ferrari make a title winning car for next year, which i doubt, he might stay on a bit longer !

Why does he keep coming back?! Hasn't every single team he's worked for folded or been sold??

He must have something on someone to keep coming back. Especially after he tried to blackmail Toto Wolff.

Jordan, Midland, Spyker, HRT and now Caterham. Although his GT team is still going.

He'll still have had a license derived from the Army "test"/certificate. From what my Grandad said to me years ago testing was optional until the mid-30s, and suspended during WWII, which his when Murray would have hit legal driving age.

Exactly - he has a driving licence, but he's never taken a driving test. Mostly because he was the guy in the tank regiment that he was a member of in WW2 who had to sign off on licences IIRC. God bless British Army bureaucracy! :)

Just been asked a question which has me a bit stumped so see what you make of it...

At what point is a driver's "permanent" number considered free for reuse?

At the moment we have 22 drivers with numbers (plus #1) so almost a quarter of the numbers are already allocated. Then if you look at the recent test the reserve drivers all had their own numbers - are these then one's they've chosen? If that's the case what happens in a few years time when there are no numbers left to choose from because they're all allocated to folk who might race again?
