Disagree. Many top people have got it and deserved it
Zhou Guanyu has been named as Cadillac's reserve after being dropped by Ferrari, not really clear which of those things was decided first. I feel a bit sorry for Guanyu, he did better than I expected in F1 and was probably good enough to carve out a decent mid-field career in other circumstances. It felt more like Sauber/Audi wanted to clean house than that he really earned being booted out of the sport.
