The D2 was iconic, but really, was only held together by faith and ducktape. The D3 is certianly worth it over the D2, but I think the Cypher is the best value out of all those. The Bell is lovely too, but in m y size ( XL) it really is enormous.

If it's tubeless, the sealant may have dried up. That happened to me a few months back.

Need to decide on Medium or Large now, according to most measurements I should be a medium. My very old FF was a large, but wasn't quite snug as it should be.

Tranny is fully built, just need to set the air in the shocks.

Got the hopes bled finally once I'd thrown the epic bleed instruction in the bin and followed the hope tech video..

Anyone recommend me a set of tyres for the slash? Needs to be tubeless ready and not dual ply. Somehow bent my conti tyre :/

I have maxis high roller 2 up front with minor ss on the back and it's reet good

where's cheap for hope wheels with arch ex 29er rims at the moment?

Merlin don't have the arch ex in their pre-builts.

edit: snagged some stans hubbed wheels on clearance. Rear 3.30 hub isn't supposed to be great, but the price was too good.

Just back from an epic few days in scotland. Went to glentress and innerleithen for the first time and did some riding on the isle of arran!

The red at Inner was epic, proper demanding on the last day, didnt get a chance to do the DH trails there though. Quite a few bits closed at glentress, but still had some fun with some local advice!

Shocked weather was actually ok also, where as it was apparently still non stop raining back home in north wales

It was about 6 weeks ago actually from Evan Cycles with a discount code. A combination of being busy and the awful weather has meant I still haven't worn it out of the house though

I appear to have a nice pile of goodies to go under the tree for the missus.

Not pictured is the new frame that lot is to get bolted to, plus the Boxxer Team to go with them. Also snagged a Pike to upgrade the sucky Fox on her trail bike.
