Mouse and keyboard setup?

you dont need any of this 'gaming keyboard' crap get one of these :)

The G15 is a brilliant keyboard, i'd recommend waiting for the new revision though, IMO orange is a far nicer colour and there are less G keys which means the keyboard is shorter and more compact looking.

That is a good mouse for sure. Maybe you could pair it with a decent wired keyboard like some of those suggested already? If you were set on wireless then maybe you would consider this combo:

although the keyboard having no numpad may be a big negative for you(not to mention the price :eek:). If you were feeling like splashing out you could go for the big daddy:

EDIT - The Logitech alternative to that last combo would be the MX Revolution paired with the DiNovo Edge.
 
I very much doubt a "gaming" keyboard would make any difference at all. Saying that that orange keyboard looks pretty cool. I'm happy enough with my high quality brushed alloy Hiper keyboard.
 
Argh, to get the standard of wired looks like i have to spend around £100+ for both mouse and keyboard. Whereas if i go wired it will be about £60.

I on the other hand would advise anyone who is looking at the G15 to get one now (the original) before the above monstrosity is released upon the world!

For the record I'm currently rigged up with the original (and best) Logitech G15 and the Razor Deathadder both are the best I've ever used ;)
 
Although I like a wireless mouse I cant see the point with a keyboard, it just saves one wire going down the back of your desk and doesnt get in the way like the mouse one. I have a wireless now but will definitely go wired next, probably the new Razer one.

looks way better than the current G11 with a tagged on, flimsey screen
 
My keyboard cost me £5 and im fine with that lol

What benefits do you get from the ones mentioned? Do they make you type faster or more responsive? Or make the tea and clean the house?

I've got the G15 and can assure all of you the screen is not flimsy

As far as why the new version is inferior firstly the orange backlit keys are nowhere near as appealing as the originals blue, secondly no cover for the screen just looks ugly and lastly where have all the macro keys gone?

Original G15 > New G15 :D

Would say a G15 and a MX Revoloution be a good combo?

Would the MX Revoloution be that bad for fps gaming?
