That'll be fun to shovel.I'm a little split between Toronto or Vancouver... but I think I've been convinced to go to Vancouver as apparently it's a better, younger crowd
Given my background I think there is more work opportunity for me in Toronto; I think I would love either but contemplating trying to be out there long term and think this would be the better route!

I am going to America first and flying into Buffalo - they do a coach there for $8-25 to Toronto

We're flying with Air Transat, booked through Canadian Affair. Flights were £309 one way, plus we paid £20 extra each to get a set of two seats towards the back of the plane, rather than the usual three abreast.

I fly with them everytime I go back home to visit and those seats are well worth the extra money.

That's good to hear. We figured it would be nice not having to clamber over a stranger if we wanted to pop to the toilet or stretch our legs

The lack of a third person and the fact they have abit more leg room makes it feel considerably less cramped than the normal seats.
I had to fly back last October with only 3 days notice (funeral
), so got stuck in the normal seats and it was absolutely horrible. Especially as I know how much more comfortable those back seats are.

Well, I've had my payment confirmed now - just the waiting game for my Conditional Letter of Acceptance
Ditto... though I assume before that we have to provide the Police Check; or is that after?
Mine was issued Dec 17th (but has my old address on it, which I am PRAYING is not a problem as it also has my passport number)
I *think* the police check is part of the second part of the application - however I'm not sure. I can't see any place to submit it or add it, and it doesn't mention it at all?
