Dunno, does not normally do that and never happens in game. PG tips (i think it was him - either way someone here with a 780 SLI setup) said it happens to him sometimes as well so sounds like a game issue rather than a driver issue. It will never get fixed now either as they ain't updated the game for ages.

Fair enough. Never seen it myself except when it was first released and I was playing in triple screens. Since Square/Enix patched it, it has been perfect. Maybe a 14.3 bug?
Happens to SLI as well it seems.
Its a game issue affecting multi cards only. Luckily its pretty rare but does happen sometimes.

whats the gpu usage like on 290s now?
Do you mean how it displays in afterburner? If so theres an alternative detection method available (see my earlier post on the previous page) which takes a different reading and its much more consistent so yes, perfect.

Yer, probably just a bug then. Not seen that since I was triple screen and first launched the game. The hair would flicker badly.

ok just updated to beta 19 and it now sets the Vcore on my msi r9290 from +13 up to +25 on stock (977/1250)? is anyone with the same card getting the same thing? just on beta 18 i was using +19 for 1130/1450. +25 on stock just seams a bit much.

is it still +13 when you click on reset in afterburner? just when i click it , it gos for +13 to +25? just stock clocks its now using 1.234v.
one more thing to ask. dose anyone know if you can unlock the memory voltage (Mv) for the msi R9290? just its blocked out in afterburner still?

I checked extend official overclocking limits, and now i can slide the gpu voltage to +200mV

If I click reset it does in deed go to +25

ok cool thanks for letting me know. its nice to know its not just my card. still don't know why it needs +25 now?

Just done a reset and then rebooted PC and it went back to default 13+ seems like a bug in AB

yep was the same for me. but as soon as you click reset it jumps back to +25.

Clocks used to be rock solid on 14.2 and previous afterburner. Now seeing quite a bit of clock fluctuation.
Tried both bios position. Not had much time to look into it with prepping for interview
