MSI Cashback problems - How long did you have to wait?

I bought an MSI x570 as part of the Black Friday promo on 28th November, filled in all the forms etc on 14th December but still haven't got my £30...

Its not an age I know, and yes Christmas, and yes Covid, but it's getting to the point where I'm starting to get a bit worried. I've emailed twice and got no response.

Has anyone else had an experience with this at all? How long did it take you?

Didn't order from OCUK (so mods I have no beef with you guys

)

Have you had the 'Your CashBack claim has been successful email' yet, as it's up to 30 days after that point.

Once I had the email the money came in a week-ish later

Mine came through not too long after I made the original claim, but at the moment I think they're away from the office until after the 10th, I'm still waiting on 2 things to be sorted.

thanks mate. That's the one I emailed them. They've actually got back to me saying the original invoice doesn't show enough info but they process it if i can find one with the info. So looking good.

My back to school cash back claim was processed and money paid in about 5 working days. Pretty swift.

£36 paid within a month of my claim for mobo +cpu on backtoschool also. It was a bit sketch as i posted a pic of the serial number on the box for the cpu.

applied 10th Nov.
+10 days for confirmation (with expected payment in 4 weeks)
+4 weeks for payment (i.e. paid when expected).

I had one go through last week - that said will pay me on the 25th jan and I had one that I put in hmmm 3 weeks ago~ that just went through today. I think they are catching up ... again one I put in later went through first and one I put in a few weeks ago just went through - so far happy with the service.

Serial should be on the actual cpu also. But i forgot to take a pic before installing

Did they ask for a photo of the CPU in the end? As I've supplied a photo of the CPU box as well.
